Job Description

International Shipping & Logistics:

  • International shipments via B123 for most countries, place POs for locations that we cannot ship to from the US, customs/duties clearance, hub and spoke inventory
  • management international distribution for bulk rollouts (SAW EOL Refresh, Enforcement rollouts, etc.)
  • Remote redistribution coordination for devices no longer needed internationally
  • Organize and maintain effective inventory control through various proprietary tools
  • Basic SAW device troubleshooting
  • Learn Microsoft Secure Admin Workstation policies to ensure users remain compliant
  • Triage customer requests utilizing internal ticketing system and within SLA’s
  • Use knowledge to conduct routine/efficient break fixes on a case-by-case basis
  • Engage in and promote positive customer service atmosphere
  • Work with ambiguous and often nuanced one-offs in processes and procedures 
  • Excellent time management skill to ensure all SLAs are met and maintained
  • Utilize advanced communication skills to maintain consistency & carry out essential tasks
  • Proficient to knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and general user interfaces
  • Provide elevated customer service across multiple teams
  • Generate shipping documentation for incoming orders

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
