Job Description

Inventory & Site Coordination with MS regional hubs

  • Inventory & Site Coordination Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and processing of inventory shipments at designated hub and site locations.
  • Ensure secure storage, handling, and safeguarding of devices and related assets in accordance with operational and security standards.
  • Conduct periodic inventory validation, reconciliation, and stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate local user pickups, device handoffs, and outbound shipments to support onboarding, replacement, and refresh activities.
  • Track inventory movement and maintain accurate asset records across hub and spoke locations.
  • Escalate inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, damaged assets, and other inventory exceptions to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Collaborate with site teams, logistics providers, and operations stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management and fulfillment operations.
  • Support compliance with asset management processes, chain-of-custody requirements, and inventory governance controls.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for device distribution and logistics activities.
  • Collaborate with business owners, regional hub coordinators, support teams, procurement teams, and logistics vendors.
  • Provide regular status updates and operational reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations related to inventory, shipping, and fulfillment operations.
  • Support operational reviews and business discussions related to service improvements.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.
  • Analyze inventory, logistics, shipping, and fulfillment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support KPI measurement and reporting activities.
  • Generate weekly and monthly operational metrics and executive reports.
  • Provide recommendations to improve operational performance, service quality, and cost optimization.

Process Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and security requirements.
  • Maintain operational documentation, process guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
  • Support operational audits and compliance reviews.

Required Skills

  • Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, device fulfillment, asset management, supply chain operations, or operations coordination.
  • Experience managing end-to-end device shipping and distribution programs.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.
  • Inventory Management Tools and Systems
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and asset lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working with logistics vendors, shipping providers, and fulfillment partners.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting tools.

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
