Job Role: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
Mandatory Skills: C#.Net , Dynamics 365 CE, plugins, custom business logic, Azure services, API's (Restful), Power App, Power Platform , Dataverse, Data Integration
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE components including entities, forms, views, and workflows.
- Design and implement plugins and custom business logic using C#.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using APIs and Azure services.
- Configure and manage Azure Functions, App Services, and Service Bus for seamless integration.
- Provide support for deployments, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
͏ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Customization, Configuration, and Development).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and plugin development.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, App Services).
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Dataverse and data integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
