Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead multiple global projects, including the product releases, and compliance management
  • Define KPIs and SLAs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage and inspire international cross-functional teams, handling diverse technical projects across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services and products.
  • Oversee budget, optimizing resource allocation and cost control to achieve financial targets and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with Client Delivery Heads and Account Executives to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Support initiatives that integrate digital, cloud, and traditional content into a cohesive lifecycle experience.
  • Lead the Full Stride team, offering Digital and Cloud Services, and ensure continuous training and knowledge evolution.
  • Regularly discuss and implement process improvements with Microsoft M365 and Azure Operations Managers.
  • Ensure process compliance and support quality audits.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings, presenting SLA adherence and KPIs.Quickly adapt to new and evolving technologies and environments.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
