Job Description

Redshift Architect Senior Manager L2 

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data warehouse solutions using Amazon Redshift.Create and manage logical, conceptual, and physical data models for analytical and reporting platforms.Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and ETL/ELT transformations for large-scale datasets.Perform Redshift performance tuning and optimization including:Query performance tuning, Distribution key and sort key optimization, Workload Management (WLM) configuration, Vacuum, Analyze, Compression encoding strategies, Spectrum optimizationMaterialized views implementation. Design and implement scalable data ingestion and transformation pipelines using AWS services. Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and development teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Need 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing and Data Engineering.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift.
  • Strong expertise in Data Modeling: Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema)
  • Data Vault Modeling: Normalized and Denormalized Data Models
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and query optimization.
  • Strong experience in Redshift performance tuning and optimization.

 

Mandatory Skills: App-Cloud-Amazon-AWS .

 

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $220,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
