The Technical Program/Project Manager (TPM) drives end‑to‑end delivery of complex technical programs by closely partnering with engineering and cross‑functional teams, managing risks, timelines, and stakeholders, while also bringing hands‑on technical development experience in Python automation, DevOps, triaging, and hardware awareness, beyond pure project management or PMP skills.

(TPM) is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technical initiatives across cross functional teams. The role ensures alignment between business goals and engineering execution while managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

 
Mandatory Skills: Project Management .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
