What You’ll Do

  • Develop marketing measurement models such as Marketing Mix Models (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Causal Inference Models, Forecasting, and Optimization models.
  • Build and maintain the data pipelines and infrastructure required for these models.
  • Apply hands-on expertise in model development and deployment in cloud environments (especially GCP Vertex AI), leveraging statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and a deep understanding of marketing data and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the data science team to understand business goals, contribute to solution design, and support model development and implementation.
  • Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover insights, interpret patterns, and inform modeling decisions. This includes analyzing marketing performance, customer engagement, and outcome data from multiple sources.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of model development—from understanding business needs and creating solutions to deployment, consumption, and value realization.



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing model-based marketing measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, MTA, Forecasting, Scenario Planning, Optimization) within a marketing context.
  • Strong understanding of marketing functions, platforms, tech stacks, and data.
  • In-depth knowledge of the marketing measurement landscape and current trends.
  • Advanced expertise in statistical analysis and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, NumPy, SciPy, pandas, Matplotlib, Plotly).
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with programming languages used in data analysis and modeling.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP, and data tools like Teradata.

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
