This person sits between:

  • Business stakeholders
  • TPMs/Program Managers
  • Data Engineers
  • BI Developers
  •  

1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Must Have

  • 5+ years gathering business requirements
  • Leading stakeholder discovery workshops
  • Translating business questions into analytics solutions
  • Writing functional requirements and user stories
  • Managing report scope and prioritization
  •  
  • Reporting & Visualization Expertise

Must Have

  • Power BI expertise
  • Dashboard design best practices
  • KPI development
  • Data storytelling
  • Wireframing tools (Figma, PowerPoint, Miro, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
  • Executive dashboard design

Why   She consistently defines:

  • KPIs
  • Filters
  • Drilldowns
  • Navigation
  • User experience
  • Layouts

before development starts.

3. Strong Data & Analytics Knowledge

Must Have

  • Dimensional modeling concepts
  • Understanding of facts, dimensions, and semantic models
  • Data warehouse concepts
  • Ability to interpret source-system limitations

Why The role regularly participates in conversations about whether data exists and how it can support reporting needs.

4. Engineering Partnership Skills

Must Have

  • Experience partnering with:
    • Data Engineers
    • BI Developers
    • Product Teams
    • Architects
  • Experience handing off requirements to technical teams
  • Ability to facilitate ambiguity resolution

5. Facilitation & Communication

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
