Job Description
- The role is cross‑functional and requires flexibility to work across field services (including managing branch tickets) & providing remote support for client applications. This includes handling IVR calls based on project operational needs.
- Conduct branch and ATM visits to provide onsite technical support, including support for VIP users both locally and in remote locations (which may be over 200 km away).
- Manage and maintain the inventory of onsite assets.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and activities as required by the project.
- Be available outside regular working hours when needed, including nights, weekends, or during on‑call schedules.
Experience: 1-3 Years .
