• Overall delivery and accountability of service center delivery
• Is well versed with in-scope processes/ activities. Monitors process/ team performance. Enables team to reolve issues/ bottlenecks & provide consisent delivery
• Maintains client relationship
• Drives overall staffing and recruitment planning
• Escalation management
• Enforces quality standards
• Conducts process optimization/ improvement drives. Ensures support from relevant teams to run projects/ process transformation objectives.
Experience: 3-5 Years .
