Job Description

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in platform scripting, ITSM processes, Service Catalog, Employee Center Pro, and enterprise integrations. The role requires hands-on development, deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs using JavaScript.
• Customize and extend ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) aligned with ITIL practices.
• Build and manage Service Catalog items, Record Producers, UI Policies, Catalog Client Scripts, and approval flows.
• Configure and enhance Employee Center Pro, UI Builder components, and Service Portal interfaces with strong focus on user experience.
• Implement Flow Designer flows, subflows, and actions; maintain and optimize legacy workflows where required.
• Design and support enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and ECC Queue.
• Lead integrations with SAP and other third-party systems such as HR, Finance, Monitoring, and Security tools.
• Manage Transform Maps, and integration-driven updates.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and platform architecture
• Proven experience with ITSM, Service Catalog, Employee Center Pro, IntegrationHub, and SAP integrations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow performance, security, and upgrade standards
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD (strongly preferred), with CIS (ITSM / Employee Experience) and IntegrationHub or Flow Designer micro-certifications preferred.
