Business Analyst - EDI
Business Integration Analyst I (Grade 12)BASIC PURPOSE
The primary purpose of this position is to execute Customer Business Integrations for customers agreeing to work with US Foods standard integrations. This role will review requirements, identify any potential gaps and/or missing requirements, and update status daily. Support ongoing integrations and troubleshoot issues for quick resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review project assigned for potential gaps and/or missing requirements necessary to fulfill the business request
Manages their Dashboard daily and update accordingly
Deactivating integrations in all systems when needed
Notify appropriate teams internally as needed based on specific project needs
Documents project extracts, company, and contact records. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Excellent decision-making capabilities
Excellent organization, and team collaboration skills
Excellent Excel Advanced Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong Knowledge and general understanding of IT/Technical Concepts
General knowledge of various file types such as EDI ANSI X12, XML, cXML, Flat Files etc.
General Knowledge of Data warehouse, IBM, Sterling Integrator, EDI Translation Tools, CoreFtp/FileZilla.
Communication Methods AS2, SFTP, FTP and Van
Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
