PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant

Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for PeopleSoft applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft software.
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Perform system testing and upgrades to keep the software up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain documentation for PeopleSoft processes and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules and features.
- Ensure data integrity and security within PeopleSoft applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users on PeopleSoft functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft applications and modules.
- Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Understanding of integration tools and techniques within PeopleSoft.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft security and access controls.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a PeopleSoft support or similar role.
- Certification in PeopleSoft applications or related technologies is a plus.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
