Role Overview:<\/b>
As a Technical Consultant L1 specializing in SAP ABAP HANA with Vistex, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and support innovative SAP solutions that drive client digital transformation and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions that integrate seamlessly within complex enterprise landscapes.
You will play a vital role in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

This position requires 5-8 years of relevant experience and a deep proficiency in SAP ABAP and HANA technologies, alongside strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work effectively in team environments and cross-functional settings.

Primary Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>

  • Independently act as a subject matter expert within the SAP ABAP HANA technical domain, delivering comprehensive solutions throughout SAP implementation, conversion, development, enhancement, and support phases.
  • Engage directly with clients to analyze business processes and requirements, translating them into robust technical designs and integration strategies.
  • Lead high-level and detailed technical design efforts to ensure alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and continuous knowledge exchange sessions with stakeholders to clarify integration requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Drive the creation of detailed technical specifications and comprehensive test plans, promoting test-driven development methodologies across project teams.
  • Provide expert training, mentoring, and support to end-users and project teams to enhance adoption and capability.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and escalation processes to maintain high-quality service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with SAP partners and other third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and delivery excellence.
  • Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives within large accounts to help clients leverage emerging technologies and practices.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues promptly, minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Proactively contribute to knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and skills enhancement activities within the technical consulting community.
