Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain applications using ABAP Workbench, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Customize SAP HR schemas and rules to align with business processes and compliance requirements.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles within ABAP to enhance modularity and maintainability.
  • Design and manage Data Dictionaries, and create Reports and Forms for HR data processing and presentation.
  • Support and enhance functionalities within SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting.
  • Customize and configure Wage Types to meet organizational payroll needs.
  • Integrate and query SQL databases for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

• ABAP Workbench development.

• SAP Customization (Schema and Rules)

• OOP / ABAP / Software Engineering background.

• Data Dictionaries, Reports and Forms.

• SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting)

• SAP Customization (Wage Types)

• SQL databases

• NoSQL databases

• MS Azure Databricks / Azure Data Factory
