Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to facilitate application solutions by developing and  reviewing module-level codes, creating replication patterns, performing root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure stable, well-documented deliverables that meet business objectives.

  • The candidate should have minimum 7 years of SAP BASIS experience
  • Strong hands-on SAP migrations, S/4HANA conversions, application version upgrades and system refreshes.
  • Experience in administration of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SLT, Content Server, Cloud Connector, GRC, Vertex, and Web Dispatcher.
  • Strong expertise in SAP HANA administration, including installation, upgrades, System Replication, backup/recovery and performance tuning.
  • Experience with SAP BTP and HANA Cloud administration.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP installations, Kernel upgrades, Support Packs, Add-ons and transports.
  • Strong SAP BASIS troubleshooting skills covering performance, memory, dumps, connectivity and system availability.
  • Experience managing hybrid SAP landscapes and third-party integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP security, certificates, SNC/SSL and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience with automation, scripting, SOPs, technical documentation, and process improvements.
  • Willingness to provide 24x7 production support and BASIS on-call with strong customer/stakeholder communication skills.
