Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage transition from incumbent team 
  • Coordinate, guide and mentor junior team members 
  • Resolve production issues reported by business users within predefined SLA 
  • Document recommended solution for recurring issues  
  • Gather business requirements for enhancements 
  • Reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements 
  • Suggest solution / workarounds in the application
  • Manage SAP offshore team as a Lead.
  • Monitor, daily Jobs, Month end and  End of Day processing and resolve the Job failures

Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required ͏

  • Knowledge on Module SAP Deposit management -Savings Account, Term Deposits, Product Pricing, NON SAP accounts, Master contract, Payments, Term deposit  
  • Support daily, End of the day / Month Job monitoring and resolving Job failures.
  • Good to have exposure to other banking modules such as SAP S4 CMS/SAP S4 GP/SAP CML CL Domain knowledge Corporate Banking business processes and understanding different bank products.
  • SAP Implementation / Production Support experience (level 2 and 3)
  • Proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP landscapes. 
  • Experience of working in highly customized SAP environment with connectivity to non-SAP applications in customer IT landscape 
  • Ability to quickly understand and diagnose existing SAP configurations and custom developments. 
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem). Working on Incidents / change / Problem within the mentioned SLAs.
  • Ability to liaise with SAP AG for OSS messages/notes to sort out product issues. 
  • Experience of working in a geographically diversified team preferred. 
  • Good communication in Germany (min. C1) and English, verbal and written. 
  • Good to have SAP certification.
