Experience Required:  5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Field Service / Asset Management solutions

Role Summary :   We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Service Management (FSM) Consultant to support the design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP FSM solutions. The role focuses on enabling efficient field operations, workforce scheduling, dispatching, and mobile execution in asset intensive environments.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP partners, and technical teams to ensure solutions are stable, scalable, and aligned with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and support SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions aligned to business and operational requirements
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand field operations, asset inspection, maintenance, and fault management processes
• Integrate SAP FSM with SAP EAM for work order, asset, and notification processing
• Support and align FSM functionality with SAP SSAM for mobile asset inspection and field execution
• Configure FSM elements including:
o Work centres and service areas
o Dispatching and scheduling rules
o Crew and technician setup
o Service Map
o Mobile workflows and forms
• Support end to end testing activities including SIT and UAT, and assist with defect resolution
• Provide production support and incident analysis for FSM related issues
• Work collaboratively with SAP Vendors and partners, integration teams (e.g., SAP CPI / middleware) and security teams as required
• Contribute to solution documentation, operational handover, and knowledge transfer activities


Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands on experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
• Solid understanding of SAP EAM processes (Work Orders, Notifications, Functional Locations, Equipment)
• Experience working with or supporting SAP SSAM (Service and Asset Manager)
• Proven experience delivering SAP solutions in the Utilities industry (Electricity, Gas, Water, or similar asset intensive domains)
• Experience across the SAP delivery lifecycle (Design, Build, Test, Deploy, Support)
• Experience working with SAP vendors/partners (e.g., Proxia) to resolve application defects and open tickets
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


Desirable / Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SAP mobile solutions and offline/online sync behaviour
• Exposure to SAP integration scenarios involving FSM and EAM
• Knowledge of field workforce scheduling and dispatch optimisation
• Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments


Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified Associate – SAP Field Service Management
• SAP Certified Associate – SAP EAM / Asset Management
• Any relevant SAP Mobility or S/4HANA certifications


Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in the Utility sector is highly preferred
• Understanding of asset inspection, fault response, and planned maintenance operations
