JD for GRC BAU

 

  • Implementation & Configuration
    • Support SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM) during implementation and upgrades.
    • Configure workflows, rulesets, and connectors for integrated systems.
    • Assist in role design, risk analysis, and remediation activities.
  • Support & Maintenance
    • Provide day-to-day support for SAP GRC applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
    • Monitor GRC requests, workflows, and logs to ensure smooth operations.
    • Perform regular health checks and coordinate with Basis/security teams for fixes.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Conduct risk analysis for user access and roles, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.
    • Document processes, prepare audit evidence, and support external/internal audit reviews.
    • Maintain segregation of duties (SoD) rules and update risk matrices as required.
  • Testing & Validation
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or changes.
    • Validate connectors and synchronization between SAP GRC, LDAP/AD, and target systems.

Area of Responsibility

Requirement Analysis-Coordinate with business and development teams to understand application-specific requirements relating to module-level needs, data flows, and integration expectations.

Designing-Create high level application architecture designs across application and database layers to ensure alignment with defined design guidelines, including frameworks, patterns, protocols, API design.

Integration assessment and support-Assess and evaluate application’s interaction with existing systems, databases, and infrastructure to validate integration feasibility.

Troubleshooting-Support application testing after deployment and help validate functional behaviour of application design.
