Role Purpose
The SAP S/4HANA Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale S/4HANA transformation program, managing multiple implementation partners (e.g., Deloitte, system integrators, niche vendors) and ensuring alignment across business, IT, and external stakeholders.
The role requires strong program governance, cross‑vendor coordination, and deep SAP delivery experience, with mandatory expertise in Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Program Delivery
- Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (Discover → Prepare → Explore → Realize → Deploy → Run)
- Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management across all phases
- Ensure integration across functional, technical, data migration, testing, and change management workstreams
- Drive global rollouts, cutover planning, and hypercare stabilization

2. Multi‑Partner / Vendor Management (Critical)
- Manage multiple partners (e.g., Deloitte, offshore SI teams, niche vendors, SaaS providers)
- Define clear RACI, governance model, and operating cadence
- Conduct weekly governance forums (SteerCo, PMO calls, vendor sync)
- Resolve cross‑partner dependencies, conflicts, and delivery risks
- Ensure adherence to contractual SLAs, milestones, and deliverables

3. Program Planning & Tracking (MS Project Mandatory)
- Develop and maintain integrated master plan in MS Project (MPP)
- Track:
- Dependencies across vendors and workstreams
- Critical path and milestones
- Resource allocation and capacity
- Drive schedule adherence and perform variance and impact analysis

Mandatory
- 12–18+ years of SAP experience with multiple S/4HANA implementations
- Proven experience managing multi-partner programs (Deloitte/Accenture/etc.)
- Strong expertise in:
- Microsoft Project (MPP) – advanced planning & tracking
- S/4HANA implementation lifecycle
- Experience managing large teams (50+ resources) and global programs
Competencies
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
