SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant - UK Payroll
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the ECP solution to ensure efficient and compliant payroll processes. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP ECP, integration with EC, and a strong understanding of global payroll compliance and processes.
• Lead or support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• SAP certification in SuccessFactors EC and/or ECP - MANDATORY
• Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure system alignment with business needs.
• Manage the integration between Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, including middleware (e.g., SAP BTP)
SuccessFactors Compensation Management & Variable Pay Functional Consultant
17+ years of experience in SAP/ Success Factor
At least 3 years of full life cycle implementation experience in Compensation module.
The Consultant will have the following broad responsibilities:
Ø Provide high-level solution design and integration design
Ø Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives.
Ø Be a hands-on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables
Ø Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture
Ø Lead design workshops with the client.
Ø Provide impact assessment for Half yearly Releases
Ø Enrich and develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors
Skill - SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant with strong functional expertise in SF Time Tracking, Time Off, and Employee Central Payroll integration. The candidate should have hands-on experience configuring complex work schedules, time recording rules, accruals, payroll replication, and region-specific variants such as Ramadan work schedules.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management
• Deep functional knowledge of:
• Time Off
• Time Sheet / Time Tracking
• Employee Central Payroll integration
• Experience handling complex regional requirements (e.g., Ramadan shifts, regional calendars)
• Solid understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle impacts on time and payroll
• Experience in KSA / Middle East localization
• Exposure Global enterprise implementation projects
• Payroll schema and wage type understanding (EC Payroll perspective)
• Ability to interact with business stakeholders and HR operations teams
