SAP SuccessFactors Technical Delivery Lead
The SAP SuccessFactors Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for end to end technical delivery of SuccessFactors implementations within a large, complex enterprise environment. The role provides technical leadership across configuration, integrations, data, security, and releases, while ensuring delivery outcomes align with business, governance, and compliance standards typical of a Tier 1 banking organisation. Experience & Qualifications
12+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including technical delivery leadership roles Strong hands on experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g. PMGM, CDP, Compensation, EC) Proven experience leading end to end SuccessFactors implementations in large enterprise or banking environments SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred Experience working in regulated environments with strong governance and controls
Key Responsibilities
Own and lead technical delivery for SAP SuccessFactors programs, covering design, build, test, and deployment Act as the primary technical point of contact for business, HR, and IT stakeholders Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions Provide technical oversight across:
SuccessFactors configuration and customization Business rules and workflows Role Based Permissions (RBP) and security design Data migration and validation Integrations with SAP and non SAP systems
Ensure technical solutions align with banking security, risk, and compliance standards Review and approve technical designs, configuration approaches, and release readiness Manage dependencies across modules, integrations, and downstream systems Support UAT, cutover planning, go live, and hypercare activities Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution Ensure delivery quality through adherence to delivery standards, documentation, and governance checkpoints Work collaboratively with multi vendor teams and internal technology partners
Technical & Functional Expertise
Strong hands on experience with SuccessFactors Business Rules Framework Deep understanding of Role Based Permissions (RBP) and segregation of duties Experience with data migration, validation, and reconciliation Integration experience with Employee Central and payroll / reporting systems Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data model and cross module dependencies Experience managing releases across multiple environments (DEV, TEST, PROD)
Delivery & Leadership Capabilities
Proven experience leading onshore and offshore delivery teams Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage parallel workstreams under tight timelines Experience working within structured delivery models (RAID, design sign off, UAT, go live controls) Ability to balance hands on technical work with leadership and governance responsibilities
