Job Description: 

SME Delivery Lead


The SME Delivery Lead provides subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and is accountable for end to end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and achievement of business outcomes within a large, regulated banking environment. The role bridges business, HR, and technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to governance and compliance standards.
Experience & Background

12-15+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors delivery roles
Strong expertise across one or more SuccessFactors modules (e.g. EC, ECP, PMGM, Compensation, Time & Labor)
Proven experience leading end to end delivery in large enterprise or banking environments
Experience working within regulated, governance driven delivery models

Key Responsibilities

Act as the SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert, providing functional and delivery leadership across the program
Own end to end delivery, including scope, planning, execution, testing support, and go live readiness
Engage with business, HR, and technology stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
Translate business outcomes into practical SuccessFactors solutions aligned to standard product capabilities
Provide oversight and guidance to functional, technical, integration, and testing teams
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution
Ensure adherence to banking governance, compliance, and quality standards
Support UAT, release readiness, and production stabilisation activities
Provide clear delivery status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders

Skills & Capabilities

Strong SuccessFactors functional knowledge and solution design capability
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage complex delivery across multiple workstreams and vendors
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Experience operating as a trusted advisor in client facing roles
