Role Summary

Lead SAP Transportation Management and Extended Warehouse Management solution design and delivery for logistics execution, warehouse operations, transportation planning, and integration with S/4HANA. The role requires experience with logistics and warehouse process standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design SAP TM and SAP EWM solutions aligned with transportation, distribution, warehouse, and logistics requirements.
  • Conduct business workshops for inbound, outbound, inventory, transportation planning, freight management, and warehouse execution processes.
  • Map client logistics and warehouse processes to SAP TM/EWM capabilities and global template design.
  • Configure or guide configuration of SAP TM/EWM functions based on approved solution design.
  • Define interfaces with SAP S/4HANA, carrier systems, 3PL platforms, warehouse automation systems, and external applications.
  • Prepare solution design documents, process flows, test scenarios, cutover plans, and deployment checklists.
  • Support integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, go-live, hypercare, and business stabilization.
  • Provide functional leadership to SAP logistics consultants and technical integration teams.

 

Nestle Experience and Process Expectations

  • Experience with logistics execution, transportation, warehouse, distribution, and operational process governance.
  • Understanding of site, plant, distribution center, carrier, and 3PL operating models.
  • Ability to align warehouse and transportation design with global template and local market requirements.
  • Experience supporting user readiness, operational transition, and hypercare in large enterprise logistics programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP TM or SAP EWM certification preferred
  • Experience in FMCG, CPG, manufacturing, or life sciences logistics
  • Exposure to warehouse automation and carrier integration

 

Leadership and Delivery Expectations

  • Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, vendor, and leadership teams.
  • Ability to lead workshops, governance meetings, solution reviews, and escalation discussions.
  • Experience working in global delivery models with onsite, offshore, regional, and market teams.
  • Strong documentation discipline for process flows, solution design, test evidence, and deployment readiness.
  • Outcome-focused mindset with ownership of quality, risk management, adoption, and operational stability.
