Role- SAP Technical Program Manager
Location- San Francisco, CA (Day 1 onsite)
Job Description – SAP Technical Program Manager (15+ Years Experience)
• Lead large scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and modernization programs for Retail and Fashion industry, covering ECC to S/4 migrations, rollouts, and landscape optimization
• Own end to end program governance, including scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, risk management, and executive reporting
• Drive technical architecture and solution design across SAP S/4HANA, CAR/ DTC, AFS/FMS, FICO, RTC/PTP, OTC, WMS, BTP, and integrations with retail systems.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and system integrators to align SAP solutions with retail and fashion business processes (merchandising, supply chain, finance, omnichannel)
• Oversee SAP technical delivery, including custom developments (ABAP), interfaces, data migration, enhancements, and performance optimization
• Lead cutover planning, mock runs, go live readiness, hypercare, and stabilization for business critical retail process changes
• Manage risk, dependency, and issue resolution, proactively addressing integration, data, performance, and security challenges
• Drive automation, modernization, and innovation initiatives, including RPA, AI/ML, and process optimization within SAP landscapes
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and SOX controls in SAP technical designs and delivery
• Prepare and present executive level status updates, dashboards, for senior leadership and steering committees
• Mentor and guide technical architects, development leads, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Coordinate with global support and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from project to run and long term sustainability
• Continuously identify opportunities performance improvement, and technology simplification across SAP platforms
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
