Must Have 10- 15 years of Experienced SAP Testing Lead to deliver end-to-end test automation for the FPDS program using Tricentis Tosca Enterprise Edition with Distributed Execution (DEX). The role will be responsible for test automation strategy, design, execution, maintenance, and customization across a complex global SAP landscape covering CFIN, S/4HANA, MDG, ECC, and SLT systems, supporting multi-geography rollouts.

The Testing Lead will work closely with program stakeholders, functional teams, and delivery partners to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reusable automation assets aligned to defined service packs (Build, Execution, Customization).

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the test automation strategy for the FPDS program using Tricentis Tosca Enterprise Edition.
  • Build: Automation of ~300 SAP test scripts
  • Execution & Maintenance: Continuous execution, stabilization, and upkeep of automated suites
  • Customization: Customize ~35% of newly built scripts and execute them for multiple geographies
  • Act as the single point of accountability for automation quality, coverage, and execution readiness.
  • Design scalable, reusable, and modular Tosca test cases and components aligned to SAP best practices.
  • Plan and manage automated test execution cycles using DEX (Distributed Execution).
  • Monitor execution results, analyze failures, and drive RCA in collaboration with functional and technical teams.

  • Provide regular automation status, metrics, and risk reporting to program and client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with SAP functional leads, developers, basis teams, and business users.
  • Ensure alignment with program milestones, release plans, and quality gates.
  • Support onboarding and KT activities related to automation frameworks and SAP test processes.
  • Solid knowledge of test lifecycle management, defect management, and release coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-vendor, onsite-offshore, and multi-geography delivery model.
