Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master with a strong Java development background to lead Agile Scrum teams delivering Java-based enterprise applications. The role requires hands-on experience in Agile facilitation along with the technical depth to align closely with development teams and Product Owners.

Location- Bangalore

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
  • Drive Agile best practices, sprint commitments, and delivery governance
  • Act as a servant leader by removing impediments and enabling high-performing Scrum teams
  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog readiness and sprint goals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure realistic planning and quality delivery
  • Ensure transparency through Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement

🛠️ Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile environments
  • Hands-on Java development background (Java 8 or above)
  • Solid understanding of Spring / Microservices architecture
  • Experience working with JIRA & Confluence
  • Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum frameworks
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills

✅ Desired / Good to Have

  • Prior experience as a Java Developer / Technical Lead
  • Exposure to large-scale Agile / SAFe environments
  • Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts
Mandatory Skills: Agile Scrum Methodology .
