Location and Work Mode: Warsaw/ Gdansk, Poland (Hybrid working)

Mandatory skills and Experience:

  • 4-5+ years of strong coding and debugging skills in Python or Java or C# 
  • Solid experience in designing, maintaining, and scaling test automation frameworks using Robot Framework or PyTest
  • Hands‑on experience with full‑stack automation, including:
    • UI automation using Selenium or Playwright
    • API testing for REST and SOAP services
  • Strong expertise in functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing
  • Practical experience with MySQL / MongoDB, Linux, and CI/CD integration tools
  • Strong communication skills; self‑driven, proactive, and quick to learn new technologies

 

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or other LLM models) to generate test data, optimize code, or accelerate automation script development
  • Basic knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or k6Working knowledge of global accessibility compliance testing, including validating applications against accessibility standards (WCAG/W3C)
