Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled professional with strong technical expertise in SQL, Unix, Python, and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in test automation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Knowledge of the Market Risk domain and Databricks will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of SQL with experience in writing complex queries and data validation.

Good understanding of Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting.

Proficiency in Python programming.

Hands-on experience in Test Automation using:

Java Selenium OR

Pywinauto

Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Databricks.

Knowledge of Market Risk domain concepts and financial products.

Exposure to ETL/Data Testing and API Testing.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

Perform data validation and testing using SQL.

Analyze application logs and troubleshoot issues using Unix/Linux environments.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

Participate in test planning, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.

Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Support end-to-end testing activities across multiple applications and platforms.
