Role Purpose

Senior Consultants are able to leverage their experience to deliver discrete projects with minimal supervision. They demonstrate clear understanding of the client s business issues, detailing and tailoring consulting solutions to generate maximum value through idea generation and engagement experience. The Senior Consultant must achieve high personal billability.

Required Skills:

· 6–10 years of professional experience in GIS consulting, solution delivery, or enterprise GIS implementation.

· Strong expertise across the Esri ArcGIS Suite, with particular focus on ArcGIS Enterprise.

· Proven experience in GIS platform administration, governance, and operational management.

· Hands-on experience with ArcGIS Experience Builder, including exposure to custom widget development.

· Experience working with VertiGIS products and enterprise GIS deployments.

· Strong understanding of geospatial architecture, web GIS, and enterprise integration patterns.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

· Demonstrated ability to engage with both business and technical audiences at multiple organizational levels.

Good To Have:

· Experience with ArcGIS API for Python.

· Experience with ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript (ArcGIS API for JavaScript).

· Exposure to cloud-based ArcGIS deployments on Azure or AWS.

· Knowledge of GIS automation, scripting, and integration frameworks.

· Relevant Esri certifications will be considered an advantage.

· Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand business challenges and define GIS-enabled solutions.

· Provide strategic guidance on ArcGIS platform architecture, governance, implementation approaches, and best practices.

· Provide leadership and oversight for ArcGIS Enterprise environments, including administration, security, content governance, and operational best practices.

· Advise on the implementation and optimization of ArcGIS Experience Builder and VertiGIS solutions.

· Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.

· Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations where required.

 

Mandatory Skills: GIS Esri .
