SOC Manager / Senior SOC Manager
Location: Pune
Lead 24x7 Security Operations Center (SOC) services across multiple customers and security domains. Responsible for security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, platform operations, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and govern L1, L2, L3, Threat Hunting, Platform Engineering, and Detection Engineering teams.
- Drive security monitoring, incident detection, investigation, response, and remediation activities.
- Own SLA, KPI, compliance, audit, and operational performance targets.
- Act as the primary escalation point for critical security incidents and customer concerns.
- Oversee SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NDR, TIP, and cloud security platforms, ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
- Drive automation, orchestration, detection engineering, threat intelligence, and SOC transformation initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with CISOs and security leaders, lead governance reviews, and present executive-level insights.
- Implement best practices aligned with NIST, MITRE ATTACK, ISO 27001, and industry security frameworks.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, SOAR, EDR/XDR, Azure, AWS, and GCP security.
- Expertise in threat detection, threat hunting, incident response, DFIR, threat intelligence, and security automation.
- Experience leading large-scale SOC operations and globally distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
Preferred Certifications CISSP, CISM, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Microsoft Sentinel, Azure Security Engineer, PMP, or ITIL.
