Job Description: 

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate Product Owner who will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and working closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products. The role requires strong stakeholder management, agile experience, and the ability to translate business needs into product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

  • Gather and analyze business and user requirements.

  • Create and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized based on business value.

  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver product features.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to improve features.

  • Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business and development teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.

  • Ability to write user stories and manage product backlog.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
