Agentic AI Engineer / Senior Engineer – Python & Salesforce

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with strong Python development skills and hands‑on Salesforce integration experience. The role focuses on designing, building, and deploying autonomous AI agents that can reason, plan, and act across enterprise systems—especially Salesforce—to automate workflows, enhance customer engagement, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous decision‑making, multi‑step reasoning, and tool orchestration across enterprise platforms.
  • Build and optimize Python‑based AI agents using LLMs, prompt orchestration, memory, planning, and feedback loops.
  • Integrate AI agents with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows, APIs) to automate CRM‑driven business processes.
  • Develop AI agents that interact with Salesforce data for use cases such as lead qualification, case resolution, opportunity insights, proposal generation, and sales intelligence.
  • Implement secure API integrations between AI agents, Salesforce, and external enterprise systems.
  • Ensure governance, auditability, access control, and responsible AI practices for production‑grade agent deployments. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and Salesforce teams to translate requirements into scalable AI agent solutions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance using feedback and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands‑on experience in Python (API development, async processing, data handling, AI/ML pipelines).
  • Practical experience building or working with Agentic AI / AI Agents (planning, reasoning, tool use, autonomy concepts).
  • Solid experience with Salesforce:
    • Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming)
    • Sales/Service Cloud objects and workflows
    • Integration patterns with external systems
  • Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and context management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration, security, and scalable architecture.

Good to Have

  • Experience with agent frameworks (AutoGen‑style, custom orchestration, or similar patterns).
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI / Agentforce / Einstein concepts or AI‑augmented CRM use cases.
  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI, compliance, and governance models for autonomous systems.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
