  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Core Java (Java 8+) and Java/J2EE
  • Build and expose RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and JAX‑RS
  • Develop and support microservices‑based architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and resilience
  • Implement business logic, service integrations, and data access layers using Hibernate / JPA
  • Work on enterprise banking applications such as payments, ACH transfers, fraud monitoring, AML, or transaction processing systems
  • Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization using Spring Security, OAuth, JWT, etc.
  • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and database interactions
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, defect fixes, and production support
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Support application modernization, legacy migration, and cloud‑readiness initiatives
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Core Java, Java 8+, and Object‑Oriented Programming
  • Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Hibernate / JPA
  • Strong experience in RESTful Web Services (JAX‑RS / Spring REST)
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL) and SQL
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Jenkins
  • Good understanding of exception handling, logging (Log4j/SLF4J), and application security
  • Experience working in Linux/Unix environments

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
