Job Title: QA Analyst – Playwright
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with hands-on experience in Playwright automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality through automated and manual testing, developing robust test scripts, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
- Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases
- Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution
- Maintain and improve automation frameworks
- Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing
- Ensure test coverage and quality standards are met
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/testing
- Strong experience with Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python)
- Knowledge of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Basic knowledge of APIs and API testing tools (Postman/RestAssured)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
