Role Purpose


The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Role: System Solutions Architect – Healthcare 

Location: Jefferson City, MO

Key Responsibilities:

•             Solution Design & Architecture:

o             Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions for Medicaid programs and healthcare systems.

o             Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS guidelines).

•             Technology Leadership:

o             Drive adoption of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable and cost-effective solutions.

o             Integrate GenAI, AI/ML, and Advanced Analytics into healthcare workflows for predictive insights and automation.

o             Ensure interoperability across systems using HL7, FHIR, and other healthcare data standards.

•             RFP Solution Leadership:

o             Spearhead technical solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

o             Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain experts to craft winning strategies and articulate value propositions.

o             Develop solution narratives, architecture diagrams, and cost models for proposals.

•             Stakeholder Collaboration:

o             Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust architectures.

o             Provide thought leadership and technical guidance during client presentations and bid defense sessions.

•             Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

o             Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategies for modernization and digital transformation.

o             Champion security, privacy, and compliance in all solution designs.

Required Qualifications:

•             Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

•             Experience:

o             8+ years in IT architecture roles, with at least 5 years in healthcare domain (Medicaid expertise required).

o             Proven track record in designing large-scale, mission-critical systems.

o             Demonstrated experience in leading RFP solution responses and proposal development.

•             Technical Skills:

o             Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

o             AI/ML frameworks, GenAI tools, and advanced analytics platforms.

o             API design, microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

o             Strong understanding of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance regulations.

 

Preferred Skills:

•             Experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES)/Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS).

•             Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and data governance.

•             Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Mandatory Skills: App-Cloud-Google .

 

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
