Role Purpose


The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

1. Engage with business users and stakeholders to understand requirements.
2. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
3. Prepare FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and system design documents.
4. Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement  sessions.

System Design & Solutioning

1. Perform gap analysis between current and proposed systems.
2. Design system workflows, data models, and integration interfaces.
3. Define API specifications and data mapping.
4. Ensure solution scalability, performance, and security compliance.

Stakeholder Coordination

1. Act as a liaison between business teams and development teams
2. Clarify requirements and manage change requests.
3. Support project managers in scope and timeline management.

Testing & Implementation

1. Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT documentation.
2. Support SIT/UAT cycles and defect triaging.
3. Support Non functional testing
4. Ensure successful deployment and post-go-live support.

Documentation & Governance

1. Maintain system documentation and process flows.
2. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
3. Support audit and regulatory requirements if applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

1. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
2. Java, Spring Framework, Apache camel , Mybatics
Experience with SQL and database concepts.
3. Experience in APIs, integration patterns, and system architecture.
4. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent.
5. Experience REST services, JSON/XML.
6. Experience in domain-driven design.
7. Experience in API Security

Soft Skills

1. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Mandatory Skills: Microservices .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
