Job Description

Wipro is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and build a Clinical Reviewer Web Portal for a production Agentic platform. The portal is the human-in-the-loop surface of the platform: clinicians use it to review AI-generated = recommendations, inspect per-rule evidence with citations, override decisions, and monitor platform performance in real time. You will own both the front-end experience and the back-end APIs that power it, working closely with clinical SMEs to ensure the UI supports high-stakes clinical decision-making efficiently and clearly.
What You Will Build
• HITL Review Interface: clinical reviewer workflow for reviewing AI-generated recommendations, per-rule rationale, evidence citations, confidence breakdowns, and audit trails. Supports approve, reject, and override actions.
• Status Dashboard: real-time view of all in-flight cases with current processing step, elapsed time, SLA tracking, failure alerts, and historical analytics.
• AIRB Compliance Views: pre-built reporting views for AI governance including model version lineage, confidence distributions, HITL engagement rates, and clinician override patterns.
• Back-End APIs: Java/Spring Boot REST APIs for case retrieval, status queries, HITL action submission, audit trail access, and dashboard data aggregation
• LangGraph HITL Integration: back-end integration with the LangGraph interrupt/resume mechanism to pause and resume PA workflows based on clinician actions.
Responsibilities
• Design and implement the HITL case review interface and PA status dashboard from UX designs through to production.
• Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot REST APIs consumed by the portal, ensuring sub-200ms response times and robust error handling.
• Integrate the portal back-end with the LangGraph agent platform for HITL pause/resume, case state retrieval, and audit trail access.
• Collaborate with UX designer to translate clinical workflow requirements into an intuitive, accessible interface for clinicians.
• Implement role-based access control and ensure all portal components comply with HIPAA requirements for PHI display and handling.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests; participate in UAT with clinical and operations stakeholders.
• Optimize front-end performance for real-time dashboard data (WebSocket or polling strategies for live case status).
• Support production monitoring and incident response for portal-related issues post go-live.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years full stack development experience delivering production web applications.
• Front-end: React or Angular; TypeScript, state management (Redux or equivalent), responsive design, accessibility (WCAG).
• Back-end: Java, Spring Boot; RESTful API design, JPA/Hibernate, API performance optimization.
• Azure: Azure App Service or AKS deployment, Azure PostgreSQL, Azure AD authentication (SSO/OIDC).
• Experience building real-time or near-real-time data interfaces (WebSocket, SSE, or polling).
Preferred Skills
• Healthcare sector experience: clinical workflows, portal, or HIPAA-compliant application design.
• Experience building dashboards with charting libraries.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, or event-driven back-end architectures
