Job Description

1) Senior IAM RBAC Consultant (Entra ID + SailPoint IDN)

• Lead end-to-end RBAC remediation engagement, ensuring alignment with defined access control and audit objectives
• Design and define enterprise RBAC model covering AD groups, applications, and access entitlements
• Perform detailed access mapping, role mining, and gap analysis across Entra ID and integrated applications
• Drive remediation strategy to eliminate direct access and enforce role-based provisioning model
• Collaborate with business owners to finalise role definitions, ownership, and approval workflows
• Ensure full alignment of RBAC roles with Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes within IAM ecosystem
• Work closely with SailPoint IDN for recertification scope alignment and identity governance integration
• Establish central RBAC repository (source of truth) ensuring auditability and maintenance readiness
• Validate access governance controls and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements
• Support development of audit evidence packs demonstrating RBAC implementation success
• Provide architectural guidance on Entra ID access models including groups and application roles
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and mentor junior team members
• Engage with stakeholders and drive sign-offs within defined timelines (fixed-price delivery)

Areas of Responsibility         

Requirement Gathering-Conduct requirement-gathering discussions and workshops with internal and client stakeholders to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements in line with project goals.

Feasibility Analysis-Assist in feasibility analysis by reviewing functional documents, noting preliminary constraints, and preparing impact summaries for potential changes.

Solution Design-Contribute to solution design by identifying customisation requirements across multiple modules, basis understanding of functional requirements and its linkage to technical requirements.

Configuration and Customisation-Execute required customizations, apply configuration changes across multiple modules within the existing system and support implementation of business processes.

Technology Harmonisation-Participate in integration design for multiple modules and assess the data flow between multiple applications.

Troubleshooting and optimisation-Analyse performance issues and optimise configurations, queries, or integrations across multiple applications.

Documentation-"Create detailed functional and technical documentation including design documents and process documents."
