Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the end‑to‑end solution design for a large-scale CRM modernization program migrating from Microsoft Dynamics/Dataverse to Salesforce. This role requires deep expertise across Salesforce Clouds, data modeling, integrations, and custom development. The architect will partner with business and technical teams to define the Salesforce blueprint, ensure best practices, and guide delivery teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Salesforce Solution Architecture

  • Design the target Salesforce architecture including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Define the data model, object structures, relationships, and governance for both standard and custom entities.
  • Create architecture artifacts: ERDs, sequence diagrams, integration designs, and security models.
  • Participate in integration architecture to define API-led integration with external systems (loyalty, booking, dining, mainframe, EDH).
  • Establish real-time and batch integration patterns, error handling, and monitoring strategy.

 

Data Strategy

 

  • Define Data Migration strategy for historical data
  • Support creation of unified customer profiles combining Salesforce + external systems data.

 

Platform Governance & Standards

 

  • Define coding, configuration, and development standards (Apex, LWC, Flows).
  • Establish sandbox management, DevOps, CI/CD branching strategy, and release governance.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

 

Security, Privacy & Compliance

 

  • Define role hierarchy, sharing rules, permission sets, and data access model.
  • Ensure platform design meets PII, GDPR/CCPA, and enterprise data protection requirements.

 

Collaboration & Leadership

 

  • Partner with business leads to align requirements with scalable Salesforce capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers, admins, and offshore teams.
  • Review solutions, conduct design workshops, and guide build teams through implementation.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.

 

Required Experience

 

  • 8-10 years Salesforce architecture experience across multi-cloud implementations.
  • Hands-on architecture experience with:
    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
    • Agentforce
    • Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, OmniStudio (nice to have)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via:
    • MuleSoft, REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs
  • Strong understanding of:
    • CRM migrations from Dynamics or other platforms
    • Enterprise data modeling and large-volume data patterns (Bulk API v2, async processing)
    • Security model design for complex organizations
  • Experience in hospitality/gaming or multi-property customer engagement is preferred.
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Business Architecture .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
