EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum formal education preferred to be considered for this position is
BS Degree, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
Specialized or technical knowledge, credentials or licensing required for the position include:
- 6-8 Years IT or equivalent experience with application systems used within the Sales & Distribution, Manufacture and logistics Processes.
- Strong technical experience in project management, system analysis, process design, software development, testing and training in IT management & services.
- Experience in SAP ECC/S4 Hana - E2E SAP project implementations (Greenfield), production support & system upgrade for supply chain solutions concentrating on the above areas or equivalent.
- Expertise in working on SAP SD, Inventory management, SAP EDI and B2B integration projects using IBM Sterling integrator and should be proficient in mapping SAP Idoc with XML/X12
- specialized in the areas of SAP Master Data, Logistics execution (LE), SAP MM and EWM processes.
- Familiar with interfacing and using radio frequency devices (RF), weighing, labeling and warehouse stock movements
- Expertise in batch management, serialization and handling units.
- Working knowledge of Integration with services such as SAP EDI, SAP PI, AS2, API, SFTP (file transfer protocols) with our 3PL trading partners and with the manufacturing systems on the plant floor.
- Efficient in working with business teams, gathering business requirements, identify process gaps and implementing solutions thru strategic road map projects. Experienced in ticket resolutions and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in writing technical documents such as business requirement specifications, functional specifications, and training documentation.
- Experienced in organizational change management protocols for subject applications including creation and delivery of training materials and communicating change throughout various levels of an organization.
- Experienced in leading strategic projects with 3PL partners handling changes to existing configurations and/or integrating into new facilities.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite including creation of Excel spreadsheets, and MS Power Point presentations is required.
- Thorough understanding of Project Methodologies SAP activate, Traditional/AGILE
Additional Skills required for the position include:
- Responsible for Supply Chain (Order to Cash) processes and supporting technical functionality for the areas of Logistics, Inventory/Material management, 3rd Party Logistics (3PL EDI), Order management and other cross-functional areas as needed.
- Development experience working with EDI transactions like 204,810,846,850,855,856,875,888,940,944,945,947.
- Must have good understanding on SAP SD - Pricing, Sales documents, Delivery and billing processes, with integrations with MM, PP and TMS.
- Must be a high-energy, highly motived, and flexible self-starter with the ability to effectively multi-task.
- Ability to self-manage and complete projects and tasks, on-time, with little supervision.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
