Wipro is a leading Engineering Services provider globally and we are looking for a dynamic business leader with experience in direct sales of Engineering services to its North America business.

Role:
You will be responsible for executing the growth strategy for Hunting account portfolio, and scaling named accounts. You’ll will be responsible for driving profitable growth from the account by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring high CSAT through world-class delivery and positioning Wipro as a trusted partner for growth.
 
Qualifications:
•    10+ years of Enterprise sales experience with at least 7+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Cloud and AI Services 
•    Domain experience in SaaS, AI Platform, Hyperscalers, Media, & Consumer verticals
•    Ability to create and present the proposals to customer stakeholders (proactive as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
•    Should have a track record of exceeding or meetings Booking & Revenue quotas
•    Strong experience in AI and automation led large transformation and pro-active consolidation pursuits
•    Familiarity with GenAI and Agentic AI solutions in SDLC 
•    Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth within large enterprise accounts
•    Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex cloud and AI solutions 
•    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, Science or related field
•    Cloud/AI Certifications at associate or professional/expert level ex: AWS, Azure or GCP 
•    Prior experience within a Technology product, Systems integrator or Consulting organization

Responsibilities:
•    Lead client discussions with a high degree of technical and domain depth, focused on converting business problem into technology roadmap to deliver top-line or bottom-line impact.
•    Guide the Solution Architects to design AI led solution blueprint with compelling value propositions .
•    Own the Lead to Order lifecycle for named accounts
•    Deepen and manage relationships and engagement across the multiple stakeholders such as Business / IT/ CXO/ Management/ Operations
•    Proactively identify large transformational opportunities and present Wipro solution as a strategic fit for the client organization
•    Maintain an Account plan, relationship heat-map and quality of relationship indicators to Influence the client stakeholders
•    Drive Steering Committee or Client Review meetings to regularly review projects, resolve escalation points ensuring high CSAT and Time to Value (TTV) 
•    Network and collaborate within Wipro to take relevant use cases to market and deepen personal connects in client organization
•    Build a trusted group of referenceable contacts who can vouch for Wipro

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $200,000.00  to $280,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
