Business Analyst
Primary Skills:
- A strong understanding of ordering platforms—Client Commerce Workspace (CCW) and Business-to-Business (B2B) ordering systems—is essential for efficiently managing Client hardware, software, and subscription orders.

Job Description:
- A strong understanding of ordering platforms—Client Commerce Workspace (CCW) and Business-to-Business (B2B) ordering systems—is essential for efficiently managing Client hardware, software, and subscription orders.
- Manage and monitor orders using Client CCW, ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), and Salesforce (SFDC) throughout the order lifecycle.
- Identify, monitor, and resolve order holds related to credit checks, export compliance, configuration errors, and other booking constraints.
- Support quoting and provisioning of subscriptions, licenses, and software offerings
- Proficient in Client tools: Smart Accounts, EA Workspace, CCW-R, and Subscription Billing Platform
- 10+ years’ experience in Client's order management and commerce. Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle), Salesforce, and quoting tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Capable of handling workload across global regions and time zones.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
