This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with offices located in San José.

Experience Required
Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure operating systems, applications, and hardware components for new and existing users.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network problems, escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, patches, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and installation activities.
Proven experience in desktop support or technical support roles.
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, or Mac OS environments.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Collaboration with IT teams and vendors for escalated issues.
Exposure to enterprise-level systems and tools.
Strong expertise across the following areas: M365, Networking, Operating Systems, MDM, Virtual Machines, domain knowledge related to device compliance, and hardware-related issues.
