Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & DesignOwn end-to-end solution architecture across microservices, event-driven and API-first designs.Define and maintain reference architectures, solution blueprints, and architecture decision records (ADRs).Lead domain-driven design (DDD), bounded contexts, and data ownership models.Establish non-functional requirements (NFRs) (scalability, availability, latency, RTO/RPO, security, observability, cost).Select and govern technology stack; rationalize tools; ensure forward compatibility and upgrade paths.Backend (Java)Architect and review services built with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate.Define API contracts (REST/GraphQL), versioning strategy, pagination, idempotency, and error models.Design asynchronous and event-driven patterns using Kafka/Pulsar/RabbitMQ, outbox pattern, and eventual consistency.Implement caching (Redis, Caffeine), rate limiting, and resiliency (Bulkhead, Circuit Breaker, Retry).Guide performance tuning (JVM, GC, threading, connection pools) and database query optimization.Frontend (Full Stack)Guide architecture for React or Angular (component-driven architecture, state management with Redux/NgRx, routing, lazy loading).Enforce design systems, accessibility (WCAG), security (CSP, XSS, CSRF), and performance (Lighthouse budgets, code splitting).Data, Integration & StorageModel OLTP schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server), and polyglot persistence with MongoDB/DocumentDB or Elasticsearch.Define integration patterns (saga, choreography/orchestration), API gateways, and BFF (Backend for Frontend) where needed.Data lifecycle management, PII handling, encryption at-rest/in-transit, data retention and archival.Cloud, Infrastructure & DevOpsArchitect on AWS/Azure/GCP with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), and IaC (Terraform).Establish CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/Jenkins), trunk-based development, automated quality gates, and blue‑green/canary deploys.Observability: metrics, logs, traces (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), SLOs/SLIs, synthetic monitoring, chaos testing.Security & ComplianceIdentity and access with OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, mTLS; secret management (Vault/SM/Key Vault).Threat modeling, OWASP Top 10, SAST/DAST/Dependency scanning, SBOM, supply-chain security.Compliance-aware architecture (data residency, GDPR/DPDP, SOC2/ISO27001) and audit readiness.Delivery LeadershipLead architecture runway, backlogs, and Architecture Review Board sessions.Mentor engineers; conduct design/code reviews; promote clean architecture and clean code.Partner with Product/Program to balance roadmap, NFRs, and cost; provide build/buy/compose recommendations.Create migration strategies for legacy modernization (monolith → microservices, strangler fig pattern). 
 
Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
