Job Description
We are looking to fill Project Lead position for product migration assignment. Project Lead position for product migration assignment will be remote and require no travel. The Project Lead will act as a primary contact to external customers (Physicians and Hospitals) while working closely with cross-functional teams to manage product migration tasks. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing Revenue Cycle solutions product migration activities. Primary responsibilities of a Project Lead include:

Program & Project Management
- Own delivery from requirements → design → build → testing → go-live
- Drive cross-functional alignment across:

- IT / Engineering
- Supply Chain / Operations
- External partners (customers, integrators, vendors)
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Process Design & Optimization
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Standardize workflows for high-volume customers and partners
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and production-ready
Required Qualifications
- 7–12+ years' experience in:

- EDI integration (ASN, logistics, supply chain transactions)
- API integration (REST/SOAP, system-to-system automation)
- Strong understanding of:

- supply chain / RMA processes
- warehouse & logistics operations
- Experience integrating systems such as:

- ERP (SAP preferred)
- CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end implementations in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Auto RMA / reverse logistics workflows
- Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT)
- Experience with middleware / integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
- Background in hardware, manufacturing, or tech supply chain
Competencies
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
