Role: Sr. Business Anayst- CLM

Looking for seasoned Business analyst with 5 to 8 yrs experience who is familiar with SDLC process has experience with CLM tools (eg. Apttus/Ironclad/Icertis) and can manage to run projects independently (write BRDs/test cases/test and implement) with guidance.

 

Location: Santa Clara (CA, US) - Hybrid opportunity.

 

Core Job Responsibilities:

The main goal is to improve legal operations and processes through technology. Key duties include:

  • Liaison & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department (l legal ops) and the IT department or technology vendors.
  • Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems.
  • Process Improvement: Experience with CLM and exposure to salesforce will be a big plus
  • Project Management: Managing or supporting the full lifecycle of legal IT projects, including testing (UAT), training, and implementation.
  • Data Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards ( Tableau experience) will be a plus
  • System Support: Often serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
Mandatory Skills: Process Transformation Consulting .

 

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $230,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
