Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale SAP transformation initiatives within in US. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP programs across finance and supply chain domains, working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders. This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation in a fast-paced, global environment.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of project/program management experience (PM/PMO)
- Proven track record delivering SAP transformation programs (ECC, S/4HANA or related modules)
- Strong experience in Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Experience running steering committees and executive reporting
- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, and resource planning
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise technology implementations
- Lead full lifecycle SAP projects from initiation through delivery and hypercare
- Manage finance and/or supply chain transformation programs within SAP
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Independently manage large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement across senior business and IT leadership
- Oversee project governance, reporting, and steering committee updates
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal SMEs, vendors, and system integrators
- Ensure alignment with PMO standards and enterprise project delivery frameworks
- Oversee resource management, budgeting, and project P&L where applicable
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinker with strong execution focus
- High attention to detail and governance discipline
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Strong problem-solving and risk management capability
- High level SAP functional knowledge
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with Monday.com or other collaboration platforms
- Background in the music, media, or entertainment industry (advantageous but not mandatory)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Experience: >10 YEARS .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
