Nice-to-Have

  • C#/.NET or PowerShell for utilities/Azure Functions.
  • Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environments, licensing awareness).
  • Basic front-end familiarity (Adaptive Cards, simple HTML/JSON payloads) and Experience migrating flows from Power Automate to Logic Apps.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate cloud flows and Azure Logic Apps to automate business processes.
  • Implement robust error handling (scopes, retries, fallbacks) and observability (alerts, dashboards, KQL queries).
  • Build and maintain ALM pipelines: package flows as Solutions, manage environment variables & connection references, and promote between Dev/Test/Prod.
  • Integrate with Azure DevOps
  • Secure integrations using Managed Identities and Key Vault; remove hard-coded secrets.
  • Optimize performance/cost (stateless vs stateful, batching, pagination, concurrency, connector limits).
  • Create and maintain documentation (solution diagrams, runbooks, handover notes) and provide knowledge transfer.
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver incremental improvements.
    Lead or support migration of suitable flows from Power Automate to Logic Apps where scale, control, or cost justifies it.
