Java Support engineer

· Structured and logical troubleshooting process
· Knows log analysis (application, database)
· Knows how to prioritize and escalate when necessary
· Real experience with: Postman, Jira, Slack, Salesforce (including log analysis)
· Worked with requirements analysis, testing, and onboarding
· Knows how to investigate 401 errors: headers, expired tokens, logs, etc
Java / REST APIs:
· Excellent knowledge of REST APIs: authentication (JWT, tokens, OAuth), parameter types
· Knows complete authentication flow: credentials → token → headers → validation → expiration
· Good understanding of security: HTTPS, token, etc
· Knows when to use each parameter type with practical examples
